returns a vector `c`

which is the convolution of the input vectors. Thus
` c[i] = a[i+1-k]*b[k] , k = 1,2,3,..... i , sum over k for each i`

are vectors representing the coefficients of
polynmials , `conv(a,b)`

returns the coefficients of the product
of the polynomials.
